Mathieu is the Country Director of Pharo Foundation, Rwanda.

He has 9 years’ experience in establishing and scaling start-up organisations across Africa and Australia.

Prior to this role, Mathieu was working at Positive Planet International (NGO) in Madagascar as the Indian Ocean Regional Manager.

He holds a Bachelors and an MBA from the University of Illinois, USA, and a Master in business from the University of Grenoble, France.

Mathieu enjoys travelling the world and socialising with his two daughters.
