Human Resource Officer

We are looking to employ an HR Officer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The HR Officer is expected to be knowledgeable of employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight on the labour process. He/she must be able to negotiate with diplomacy.
Head of Finance and Administration - Hargeisa, Somaliland
Location: Hargeisa, Somaliland
Reporting to: Country Director Somaliland & Chief Financial Officer
The Head of Finance and Administration is a senior leadership role within the Pharo Foundation Somaliland. The position will be based in Hargeisa, Somaliland with regular travel to program regions within the country once these are established. Reporting to the Country Director in Somaliland, this well-remunerated role will give the right candidate an excellent mix of challenges, motivation, and fulfilment.
Working closely with the CFO and Group Finance team, the Head of Finance and Administration will be responsible for providing the highest in-country direction, oversight, and management of all finance and administrative aspects in the program office.
Inventory Assistant
Location: Hargeisa, Somaliland
Reporting to: Admin and Logistics Manager
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Inventory Assistant to join our team. The Inventory Assistant is responsible for planning and providing store/warehouse services, receiving, and storing the organisation’s assets, leading the distribution process, report and provide inventory accuracy at all warehouse facilities in Hargeisa, and all Somaliland storage facilities in line with the Foundation’s policies and procedures.
ECD Project Coordinator
Location: Hargeisa, Somaliland
Reporting to: ECD Programme Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Early Childhood Development (ECD) Project Coordinator. The incumbent will focus on the academic side of the Early Childhood Education (ECD) Programme and be fully in charge of the Primary Literacy Programme. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that the implementation and learning outcomes of the programmes are met. The role involves direct supervision and support to Government Primary teachers and Pharo ECD Education officers to improve their capabilities and the programme’s needs.
