Kudzai is the Chief Financial Officer of Pharo Foundation Group based in the London office.

He has over 12 years experience as a finance executive leading and scaling finance functions, fundraising, and equity investment monitoring. He is passionate about finance enabling strategy development and execution in organisations.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Kudzai was the Global CFO for Jibu Inc. where he led the execution of the financial strategy that supported business growth, expansion in East and West Africa and raised $15M in funding. Before that, Kudzai was the Group Head of Finance at Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe (lDBZ), leading mission-critical finance transformation, raising $170M funding and provided board oversight on infrastructure investments (portfolio companies) in housing and energy. In prior roles, he worked in investment banking and at AB Inbev Africa as Financial Analyst. 

Kudzai is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and holds the Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School.
